Hot Dogs with a Nordic Twist

On September 4, 2015, I published this post on Quirk Books. You think you know your hot dogs, do you? Well, read this post and see how it’s done in the Nordic Countries. Maybe you’ll get some new ideas on how to eat a hot dog.

Hot Dogs with a Nordic Twist

The Nordic Countries—Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland—have given the world things like Skype, Angry Birds, Of Monsters and Men, Lars von Trier, the Nobel Peace Prize, and, last but not least, Nordic Noir. In other words, the Nordic Countries are not afraid to put their own twist on things.

Something else that they’ve put their own twist on is the hot dog.
